On Thursday, 11 January, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., the Saarländische Galerie and the Kulturstiftung Schloss Wiepersdorf invite you to the opening of the solo exhibition ENTKREUZUNG (DECROSSING) by Małgorzata Sztremer.

Introduction: Thari Jungen, artistic research
In autumn 2022, the visual artist Małgorzata Sztremer, the composer Said Azh and the author Thomas de Padova met during their fellowship at Schloss Wiepersdorf. Between easel, desk and piano, their daily encounters led to a rapprochement that resulted in an artistic exchange. The results will be presented at the exhibition opening.
The exhibition of Małgorzata Sztremer's work has been organized in cooperation with Schloss Wiepersdorf Cultural Foundation.

RADIO PLAY BY ANTJE VOWINCKEL
OPDOPPLING – Berlin-Brandenburgische Recycling-Composition
The composer, music performer and radio playwright Antje Vowinckel was fellow at Schloss Wiepersdorf in summer 2022.
Her current radio play "OPDOPPLING" and an interview on the radio play appeared on SWR2 on 15 December, 2023.

Applications for a scholarship in 2025 can be submitted to the Kulturstiftung Schloss Wiepersdorf from 15 February to 15 April, 2024. All information and the application form can be found on the Foundation's website during this period.

CAFÉ, MUSEUM AND PARK
The Café in the Orangery and the museum of Schloss Wiepersdorf are closed during the winter time. The castle park can be visited all year round. Thanks to our open air “Kosmos Wiepersdorf” you can walk a tour on your own and get information via QR Codes.
