Julia Rabusai, born in Görlitz in 1979, currently lives and works in Saarbrücken. In her most recent works, she explores biodiversity and the fragility of the urban cultural landscape. She works across media and materials, creating large-scale installations that incorporate biological materials or multimedia elements drawn from the local context. The ambivalence between nature and human control forms the intersection of complex, often overlooked aspects of everyday urban life.

Julia Rabusai has shown her work in solo and group exhibitions, including at the Kunsthalle Mannheim, as well as internationally in Seoul (KOR), Norwich (UK), and Graz (AT).
